Vegan Maki Sushi

  1. Boil rice with some sushi vinegar. Let it cool off.
  2. Place nori sheets on a plate with a plastic sheet.
  3. Spread the rice onto the nori sheet.
  4. Add ingredients.
  5. Roll up using the plastic, try to get it nice and tight.
  6. Cut the roll into pieces.
  7. Eat with soy sauce, wasabi and gari.
