Vegan Maki Sushi
- Boil rice with some sushi vinegar. Let it cool off.
- Place nori sheets on a plate with a plastic sheet.
- Spread the rice onto the nori sheet.
- Add ingredients.
- Roll up using the plastic, try to get it nice and tight.
- Cut the roll into pieces.
- Eat with soy sauce, wasabi and gari.
- Cucumber in rods
- Avocado in thin slices
- Carrot in rods
- Tofu in rods
- Vegan mayonnaise
